Refund policy

We hope you love your AMACH pieces, but if something isn't right you can return or exchange online orders within 14 days of receiving them. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.

UK and Ireland: exchanges are free. Returns cost £4.

Europe and rest of world: return the item for a refund and place a new order for the one you want. You pay the return postage and any customs charges.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days of your return reaching us.

Faulty or wrong item: email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll put it right at no cost to you.

In-store purchases: exchange or store credit within 14 days with proof of purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.
