Refund policy

We hope you love your AMACH pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns are accepted for exchange or credit note only — no refunds are issued. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process your exchange or issue a credit note via email. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right.
