You can return or exchange online orders within 14 days of receiving them. Items must be:

• unworn and unwashed
• in their original condition, with all tags attached
• in their original packaging

To start a return or exchange, email sales@amachofficial.com with your order number.

Exchanges are free. Returns cost £4.

We can’t swap items directly for orders outside the UK and Ireland. Return the item for a refund and place a new order for the one you want.

1. Pack the item securely.
2. Label the parcel with the name on the order, your order number and “AMACH Returns”, for example: Malcolm X #12345 (AMACH Returns).
3. Send it by tracked courier to the address below, and email us the tracking number.

You pay the return postage and any customs charges. Please prepay customs charges, otherwise the parcel may be sent back to you.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days of your return reaching us. It can take a little longer during launches and busy periods like Black Friday.

If something arrives faulty, damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll put it right at no cost to you.

Changed your mind about something you bought in our Carlisle Road shop? We offer an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase.

To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with their original tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind returns on in-store purchases. This policy does not affect your statutory rights, including your right to a refund where goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise do not meet the requirements of consumer law.

Every piece is hand-finished in-house, so we aim to send your order within 4 working days. We ship with DPD and Royal Mail, with DHL available at extra cost.

• UK and Ireland: £6, free on orders over £100
• Europe: £10, free on orders over £140
• Rest of world: £25, free on orders over £150
